Yoga has been a deep seated passion within me for quite some time now.
What initially started as an escape from the pressures of my own mind, turned into a sacred ritual of self-devotion, discipline and sincere appreciation.
With three major yoga certifications, 700 hours of formal training and over 1,500 yoga classes taught, my unique expertise will guide you into your practice safely and effectively.
Through yoga asana (postures), breathwork, and gentle meditations, my intention is to guide you back home to yourself.
